Connected Visions is MACG's family-based program designed to support moderate- to low-income families in achieving their financial, educational, vocational, and personal goals. Through guided needs assessments and goal-setting, our facilitators provide personalized support, referrals, and workshops on essential topics, including:

Career and workforce development

GVINE (Gun Violence Intervention Network & Empowerment Program)
Breaking the Cycle of Gun Violence in Chester
GVINE is dedicated to interrupting cycles of gun violence by providing critical support to at-risk youth ages 10-21. Through targeted intervention and mentorship, we empower young individuals to make positive life choices. Our core services include:
Outreach to at-risk youth
On-street and in-school violence intervention
One-on-one and group mentorship
Individual case management
Referrals to external service providers

TEAM MAC
Helping Youth Thrive
Team MAC is MACG’s foundational youth development program, designed to support young people ages 8-17 through positive adult mentorship, life skills development, and real-world learning experiences. Our program helps youth build and strengthen essential competencies, including:
Defining boundaries and expectations
Making constructive use of time
Integrating positive values
Maintaining a commitment to learning
Developing a strong, positive identity
Through guidance, encouragement, and meaningful opportunities, Team MAC empowers young individuals to reach their full potential.
Connected Communities
Strengthening Chester Through Connection and Support
Connected Communities is MACG’s initiative dedicated to empowering Chester residents by providing vital information, resources, and support to address critical family needs. By acting as a bridge between the community and essential services, we foster stronger, more resilient neighborhoods.
Recent initiatives include:
COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy outreach
Census awareness campaigns to encourage participation
Back-to-school backpack and school supply distribution
Holiday toy drives for local families
Food and essential provisions distribution to support those in need
