Connected Visions Update
Our program to help strengthen and support families has worked with 32 households since last July. Significantly, over 70% were headed by single females. MACG case managers provide positive support to our families across many realms, including finding housing, identifying career paths, developing goal plans, addressing food insecurity, and building life and social-emotional skills.
MACG’s family-based summer program kicks off on July 7th and will run for four weeks on Thursday evenings from 4:30 – 7:30 pm. Supporting up to 24 families, we will meet at Chester Park to offer recreational activities, STEAM educational opportunities, youth mentoring, a family support group – and dinner!
